SHIPPING

When will my order Ship?

Our current turnaround time to ship most in stock items is 3-5 business days. Wood and customized gift items may take longer to ship due to cutting, staining, and finishing.

Please keep in mind that turnaround time is the time it takes to ship out your order, and there will be shipping transit time in addition to this.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping transit times are dependent upon your choice at time of checkout. Our options are generally the following (dependent upon location):

• USPS First Class (package less than 1 lb. in weight) - 3-5 business day delivery
• USPS Priority Mail - Estimated 2-4 day delivery
• UPS Ground - Estimated 2-5 day delivery
• UPS 2nd Day Air - Delivery to most areas in 2 business days
• UPS Next Day Air - Next Day delivery

**Please keep in mind that shipping is in addition to processing time. We encourage you to reach out if you need your item by a certain date.

RETURNS

What is your Return or Exchange Policy?

Due to the custom nature of personalized items, requests for returns/exchanges cannot be granted.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

In an effort to get your items to you as quickly as possible, most items will move to production or proofing within the same business day. If a cancellation is needed on your order, we ask that you request that within 12 hours of the order being placed.

Cancellations after any design work or prodcution work has started cannot be made.

When will I receive my Refund?

If a cancellation of your order has been granted, your refund will be processed and granted in approximately 3-5 business days.

My order arrived damaged, can I get a replacement?

Absolutely! While we package all of our orders with the utmost care, occasionally damage in shipping can happen. Please let us know via email with your order number and photos of the damaged items for insurance claims and we can get a replacement item sent out ASAP.

DESIGN QUESTIONS

May I request a proof?

If you are confident in the information you typed in, more times than not a proof probably isn't necessary. But you can absolutely request a proof if you'd like! Please make sure your email address is correct when checking out and that you check for your proof often. Any proofs not approved within 48 hours will be assumed approved and shipped out as ordered.
