May I request a proof for my order?
If you are confident in the information you typed in, more times than not a proof probably isn't necessary. But you can absolutely request a proof if you'd like! Please make sure your email address is correct when checking out and that you check for your proof often. Any proofs not approved within 48 hours will be assumed approved and shipped out as ordered.

What is your current turnaround time?

Our current turnaround time to ship your order for most in stock items is 3-5 business days. Wood and customized gift items may take longer to ship due to cutting, staining, and finishing.

How long will my items take to arrive?

Large orders or custom items we have to order in may take longer. From the time your order ships (remember the 3-5 business day processing comes first, we have to make your item since it is personalized) delivery times are estimated, but generally fall within the 2-5 day range.

One of my items showed up broken, can I get a replacement?

Absolutely! While we package all of our orders with the utmost care, occasionally damage in shipping can happen. Please let us know via email with your order number and photos of the damaged items for insurance claims and we can get a replacement item sent out ASAP.
